The staff were very nice, friendly and flexible, most of the people we interacted with spoke English. Arriving late wasn't a problem, getting dinner after usual kitchen closing time (6pm already) wasn't a problem. We got access to a nice sauna just for ourselves at no extra charge. The property is located near the center and close to Baernbach’s famous Hundertwasserkirche and the Lippizanergestuedt Piber. The apartment was handicap accessible, which is what we needed. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for the basics, TVs in all rooms, sturdy furniture, very clean, big terrace, close to two grocery stores, and free parking. Great experience!
